Final result!
The steps are as follows:

, 3. Run photoshop, Ctrl+N to create a new document with a size of 677*500 pixels. After confirmation, press the D key to default the foreground/background color to black and white, and Ctrl+Delete to fill the foreground color.
4. Create a new layer, select the brush tool, set the color to #e900d4, and paint freely on the canvas, as shown below:
Execute, Filter – Blur – Radial Blur, set as shown below:

8. Use the pen tool to draw a highlight selection for each letter, make a gradient from white to transparent, then add a drop shadow style, and set it as shown below:
