Step 1: Run the “File – Open” command, open the material character file, use the lasso tool (the shortcut key is L) or the magic wand tool (the shortcut key is W) to pull out the cartoon girl, perform a simple whitening, and copy the girl picture Layer soft light, combine the layers, the effect is as [Picture 1];

Step 2: Open the material background, place the cartoon girl who has undergone simple whitening in the lower right corner, and reduce the photo to 500×292 pixels; the effect is as shown in [Picture 2];

Step 3: Copy the cartoon girl layer, “Edit-Transform-Horizontal Transform + Zoom” and drag it to the lower left corner, add a simple border to the girl, the border color is taken from the girl’s hair (color code ff3e8e), add a white Background, opacity 50%, see [Photo 3] for PS effect;

Step 4: Create a layer, set the foreground color to white, use the text brush in the material brush, reduce the brush size, draw text in the appropriate place, and use the style in the material style. See [Photo 4] for the effect;

Step 5: Create a layer, set the foreground color to white, use the starlight brush in the material brush, adjust the brush size, and draw a glitter effect where the text fits. Set the foreground color to white, and copy three layers to create a glitter effect. . See [Photo 5] for the effect;
