4. Use the a channel to sketch in Lab mode:
Open the original image selection menu: Image > Mode > Lab Color, enter the channel panel, select the a channel, copy a layer, and open the color levels panel to adjust the color levels. , load the selection, return to the layers panel, press Ctrl + J to copy the cut out red flower. 
5. Channel calculation cutout:
