Draw a glossy web banner – web page picture

Create a file by drawing a glossy web banner. The width is suitable for the web banner. I set it to 760*180, and then filled it with gradient, with the colors from #247ec6 to #166bbc:

Then use the pen toolDraw the following shape:

Convert to a selection, then create a new layer and fill it with a transparent to white gradient:

Use a large soft brush to erase the area and set the layer mode to Overlay:

To repeat the effect just now, you can copy the layer and rotate the pattern:

Add a dark gradient:
