Final effect
1. Create a new file of 700 * 450 pixels, fill the background with black, Then select the text tool and type text, making the text color black. The text in Figure 1 is filled with white just to show the text.

, 2. Use the thumbnail of the text layer in the dual layer panel to call up the layer style, select Bevel and Emboss, set the parameters as shown in Figure 2, and the effect as shown in Figure 3. Values are for reference only, actual data needs to be set according to text size.

3. Create a new blank layer, then merge the blank layer and the text layer into one layer, and then execute: Filter Blur Gaussian Blur, the value is 5, the effect is as shown in Figure 4.

, 4. Set the foreground color to black and the background to white, execute: Filter Sketch Chrome Yellow, parameter settings are as shown in Figure 5, and the effect is as shown in Figure 6.

5. Press Ctrl + I to invert, the effect is as shown in Figure 7, then select the smudge tool and apply it slightly, the effect is as shown in Figure 8.

Open the water drop material shown in the picture below, use the lasso tool to outline a part of the water drop as shown in Figure 9, then copy it, return to the text file, copy the water drop over, and change the layer blending mode to “Screen” , and then place it in a good position. You can copy it several times to get the effect as shown in Figure 10.

, 7. Open other materials, copy the water droplets in the same way, and adjust the size and position appropriately. The effect is as shown in Figure 11 and 12.
