Step 1. Open the material picture and enlarge the eyes.

　
Step 2. Select the Patch Tool () to select the eye bag area.

　
Step 3. Press the left button of the mouse in the eye bag area and drag the mouse downward. The eye bags will be covered by the smooth skin below.

　
Step 4. Repeat step 3 to repair the spots.

　
Step 5. Select the Healing Brush Tool (), hold down Alt and click the mouse to select a smooth skin, release Alt and the left mouse button, and use the mouse to smear the fine lines under the eyes.

　
Step 6. Select the Clone Stamp Tool (), set the mode to “Lighten” and the opacity to “40%” to repair the details.
