Photoshop Tutorial: Dynamic Snow Effect This tutorial mainly explains the production of dynamic GIF pictures. Before making dynamic effects, we need to make pictures of different scenes first, and then use IR to connect them and play them!

1. Open the original image
2.Opentheactionsurfaceversion,clicktheNewbuttontocreateanewaction,nameit”Snowflake” and click Record
3. Start recording as shown below
4. Create a new layer 1, fill it with black, and then select the menu: Filter > Pixelate > Dotted , the value is 5
5. Select the menu: Image > Adjustment > Threshold, the value is 255
6. Change the layer blending mode to “Screen”
7. Stop the action recording, then click play, and click 3 times in a row to get 3 layers. (Some people will say that the effect is the same. In fact, there is a difference when using dotization. The dots appear randomly and the effect is different every time. You can compare several pictures)
8. Layers 1, 2, 3, execute: Filter > Blur > Dynamic blur angle: -60 degrees, distance: 5
9. Go to IR and copy it twice, and then corresponding to the layer. Set the first picture as shown below. Hide layers 2 and 3, hide layers 1 and 3 in the second frame, and hide layers 1 and 2 in the third frame
10. After sharpening, it can play automatically.
