2. Execute: Filter > Blur > Dynamic blur parameter settings as shown below
3. Go to the Actions palette, press the Stop button, and then return to the Layers palette. Press the F2 key twice, and then change the blending mode of these three layers to “Screen”
4. Open IR and adjust the frame delay to: 0.07 seconds, copy the current frame twice, then select the first frame, and close layers 2 and 3 in the layer palette
