Making Google Chrome Browser Logo Icon with PS – Logo Tutorial

Begin working by creating a new file (File>New) of 854×854 px and 72 dpi. Use on it the Ellipse Tool (U) to represent the basis for the logotype to be of the Google Chrome browser.
First create a new canvas (File>New), size 854×854 px, resolution 72. Use the Ellipse Tool (U) to draw a Google Chrome browser icon Bottom layer(Translator: Don’t forget to select the shape layer mode)

Select for this layer the parameters from below by making a mouse click on this layer on the layers?panel: Blending Options>Gradient Overlay
Right-click on this layer, Blending Options, and select Gradient in the layer style Overlay

Gradient parameters:
The gradient settings are as follows (color:#DED8D8–#7F7777, style:radial):

Using the same tool, try to make the next layer of the same element. Firstly apply the Ellipse Tool (U) to mark out the outside edges of the layer and then choose the Pen Tool (P) to cut out an inside opening. Its shape may be corrected with the Convert Point Tool.
Use the Ellipse Tool to repeat the previous step, and draw the same circle edge that coincides with the previous one (Translator: or directly Duplicate one layer and remove the layer style), then use the Pen Tool (P) to cut out the shape we need inside it (Translator: select “Subtract from Shape Area” or hold down the Alt key) , and then use the Conversion Point Tool to make adjustments

The layer parameters: Blending Options>Bevel and Emboss
Set the layer style and select Bevel and Emboss (parameters are as follows)

Make a copy of the recently made layer and use on it the Free Transform option. Press Maintain aspect ratio and make uniformly the copy smaller and then displace it easily. Move off the layer effect out of the copy. Select also the color #4E4A4A for the layer copy. Place the new layer under the previous one. This will be the shadow layer.
Copy this layer, use the Free Transform tool, select Maintain aspect ratio, Shrink the layer evenly and remove the layer style. Select the color #4E4A4A, and then place the duplicate layer below the original layer. This will serve as the shadow effect layer

Create a new layer and use on it a standard brush (Brush Tool (B)) to paint the logotype sectors. Press preliminary Alt button and make a mouse click between the top logotype layer and the new one.
Create a new layer, use the Standard Brush Tool (B) to color the surface fan part of the icon, hold down the Alt key, and then left-click to create a clipping mask between the new layer and the shape layer. version (specific parameters are as follows)

Make a new copy of the logotype layer and apply the Bevel and Emboss options for the copy. Use the Convert Point Tool to change the placement of the tops and move off the layer effect. Place this new layer lower than the logotype layer with the effect (Bevel and Emboss), but above the layer containing the logotype shadow.

Create a new layer, repeat the previous steps of coloring the fan blades, and color the shape layer copied in the previous step. The specific parameters are as follows:

Make a copy of the mask layer where we used those three colors to paint the top layer of the logotype. Choose for this layer the Burn Tool (O) and the Dodge Tool (O) to draw several highlights and shadows on the logotype.
Make a copy of the color layer used when coloring the surface fan blades, and use the Burn and Dodge tools to add some highlights and shadows (as shown in the picture)

Using the Ellipse Tool (U), try to represent the central element of the logotype. Place its layer lower than the top layer of the logotype. >Draw a circle in the center of the icon and place it below the top layer
