This tutorial introduces some beautification methods for mobile phone photos. Idea: First make the picture slightly white, and then slowly remove the noise of the characters and background. The background can be blurred with a filter or textured. The best thing is to color and mix.
Final effect
Original image 
1. Open the original image and press Ctrl + J to copy one layer.
2. Execution menu: Filter, Brush Stroke, Spray Stroke, parameter settings are as shown in Figure 1. After confirmation, execute the menu: Filter, Brush Stroke, Dark Line. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 2. After confirmation, add a layer mask to erase the character part. The effect is as shown in Figure 3.

3. Create a new layer , press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer, and then change the layer blending mode to Screen, the effect is as shown in Figure 4.

4, Create a new layer, fill it with color: #FCF7D5, and then change the layer blending mode to Multiply. The effect is as shown in Figure 5.

5. Create a new layer, stamp the layer, execute: Filter Blur Gaussian Blur, the value is 5, after confirmation, change the layer blending mode to Multiply, the effect is as shown in Figure 6.

6. Create a new layer, fill it with color: #278084, then change the layer blending mode to soft light, add a layer mask, and erase the character’s face with a black brush as shown 7.

7. Create a curve adjustment layer, set the parameters as shown in Figure 8, and the effect as shown in Figure 9.

8. Create a new layer, stamp the layer, execute: Filter Blur Gaussian Blur, the value is 3, after confirmation, change the layer blending mode to Soft Light, and change the layer opacity to: 50%, the effect is shown in Figure 10 .

9. Create a curve adjustment layer and set the parameters as shown in Figure 11. After confirmation, change the layer blending mode to Screen and the layer opacity to: 50%. The effect is as shown in Figure 12.

10. Create a new layer, stamp the layer, use the smudge tool to paint the variegated areas of the hair, and then use the burn tool to adjust the lightness. The approximate effect is as shown in Figure 13.

11. Create a new layer, set the foreground color to: #D00970, use the brush tool to paint the edges of the face as shown in Figure 14, and then change the layer blending mode to Soft Light, the effect is as shown in Figure 15.
