Step 1
First you need a 360 degree panoramic photo. This is taken with a camera on a tripod, then rotate the camera a bit and take the next shot until your picture covers more than 360 degrees.

Step 2
In this step, we will use Photoshop to create panoramas and merge photos. Go to File > Automate > Photomerge to open Photomerge.

Step 3
When Photomerge opens, choose “Browse”, find your images in the folder and select them.

Select the first image, hold SHIFT, and click on the last image. This selects all photos between the first and last photo. Hold down the CTRL key to deselect excess images and select only the images you need.

Step 4
The photos will be sorted into a list, ready to be stitched together. Click “Automatic”, “Blended Image” and “Geometric Distortion Correction”, then click “OK”

Step 5
This will take some time (longer if your computer is slow or the images are difficult to process), so don’t try it at home (if you’re busy or don’t have time)

Step 6
This is your ready image. (Each individual image is a separate layer and mask). Although I merged them.

Step 7
Now, take a screenshot of the image and make sure the beginning and end of the image look the same.

Step 8
Now you open the “Image Size” option: Image > Image Size (or Ctrl + Alt + I) make sure “Constrain Proportions” is not checked. Then set the height to be the same as the width. This becomes a complete square image.

Step 9
Now, rotate the image 180 degrees, Image > Image Rotate > 180. Now you have a lame upside down image. We are going to do some magic~.

Step 10
The magic lies in the coordinates of the image, go to Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates.

Step 11
Make sure Planar to Polar Coordinates is selected. Then click OK!
