1. First open Photoshop, then press the Ctrl+J shortcut key to create a self-made layer, and then select the “Image-Adjustment-Brightness/Contrast” command in the menu bar to adjust, as shown in the figure.
2. Select the “Filter – Sharpen – Smart Sharpen” command in the menu bar, open the “Smart Sharpen” window for settings, and use the photo to make it clearer, as shown in the figure.
3. Since the noise on the character’s skin has increased after setting the sharpening effect, it is necessary to enlarge the photo and then use the “smear tool” to smear the character’s skin to reduce the noise, as shown in the figure.
4. Press the Ctrl+Shift+Alt+E shortcut keys to stamp, then select the “Filter-Rendering-Lighting Effect” command in the menu bar to add the “directional light” lighting effect, as shown in the figure.

5. Press Ctrl+J to quickly copy the layer, then select the “Filter-Rendering-Lens Flare” command in the menu bar to add the effect of lens flare, as shown in the figure.
6. Press Ctrl+F twice to enhance the lens flare effect in the previous step, as shown in the figure.
7. Add a layer mask, then use the black brush tool to apply a halo on the mask, as shown in the picture.
8. Finally add text, the final effect is as shown in the picture.
