1. Do microdermabrasion first. Don’t think too much about the skin texture. A little grinding will give better results

2. Add a Curves adjustment layer and brighten it slightly (it depends on the picture, so it may not always need to be brightened)

3. Add a Levels adjustment layer. The purpose is to increase contrast

4. MM microdermabrasion and whitening are basically completed. Merge the layers and copy the background. When changing the image mode from RGB to LAB, a warning box will pop up. We choose not to merge

Open the channel palette, copy the A channel image and paste it into the B channel

5. Select channel A, adjust the curve, and darken it slightly, as shown in the picture
