This tutorial focuses on the production of wooden textures, and there are many methods of production. This time I used a completely manual method, which may be a bit clumsy. Valentine’s Day is here, and I wish all lovers in the world will finally get married.
Final effect
1. Create a new document with a resolution of 800 * 550 pixels and a resolution of 300 pixels/inch. Select white as the background, as shown below.
2. Create a new layer, execute: Filter > Noise > Add Noise, and set the parameters as shown below.
3. Execute: Filter > Blur > Motion Blur, and set the parameters as shown below. At this time, the effect obtained in the middle part may not be as good as the effect on both sides. We then use the rectangular marquee tool to draw the selection shown in the picture below on the left side, and press Ctrl + T to make transformation adjustments.
4. Press Ctrl + L to bring up the Levels panel and make adjustments to enhance contrast. The parameters and effects are as shown below.
5. Press Ctrl + T to transform the texture. Also input text and rasterize it, and also change it. The effect is as shown below.
6. Hold down the Ctrl key to bring up the text selection, and select the background copy, that is, the wood texture layer. Execute: Edit > Copy, then execute: Edit > Paste command, and place it on top of the text layer, and use the move tool. Movement produces a three-dimensional effect.
7. In order to facilitate production, fill the background layer with black and create a new blank layer. Use the pen tool to start creating a three-dimensional effect. Use the pen tool to outline the selection and fill it with white. Go to: Filter > Noise > Add Noise, parameters and effects are as shown below.
8. Keep the selection unchanged, execute: Filter > Blur > Motion Blur, and set the parameters as shown below. After confirmation, use the same method to create other three-dimensional surfaces of the text.
It is very easy to make other three-dimensional surfaces. If the dynamic effect is not clear after running in, we can copy the layer and overlay it to achieve a clear effect.
The basically completed effects of each aspect are as shown below.
9. Fill the background with red, press Ctrl to bring up the text selection, and create a new layer below the text layer filled with black. Use the move tool to move it and parameterize the three-dimensional effect. Also open the rose material below, use the magic wand to cut it out, drag it in and adjust the position and size appropriately.
10. Similarly, value other text and add layer styles to them. The parameter settings are as shown below.
Finally adjust the details to complete the final effect.
