This tutorial introduces how to restore the true colors of snow photos in Lab mode. Idea: In Lab mode, use channel conversion to bring out areas of different color blocks, then overlay them to restore local colors, and then overall modify and sharpen them.

1. Open the material picture, select the menu: Image mode Lab color, press Ctrl + J to copy the background one layer, light channel panel, select the a channel, press Ctrl + A to select all, press Ctrl + C copy, click on the brightness channel, and press Ctrl + V to paste. Go back to the Layers panel and change the layer blending mode to Hard Light.
2. Create a new layer and press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E stamp the layer, click on the channel panel, select the b channel, press Ctrl + A to select all, press Ctrl + C to copy, select the brightness channel and press Ctrl + V to paste, return to the layer panel, and paste the image Change the layer blending mode to Hard Light.
3. Create a curve adjustment layer and adjust the brightness, A, and B channels respectively. The parameter settings are as shown below.
4. Create a new one Layer, stamp layer, extract the brightness channel selection, press Ctrl + J to copy it, double-click the layer to bring up the layer style.
5. Create a new blank layer. Merge the blank layer with the style layer just now, press the Alt key to add a layer mask, and use a white brush to paint the snow on the tiles.
6. Create a new layer, stamp the layer, enter the channel panel, select the brightness channel, and sharpen the brightness channel. The final effect is completed after confirmation.
