Step 1: Open the original image, ctrl+J to copy the layer, ctrl+shift+U to remove the color

Step 2: Image—Apply the image to make the black and white contrast of the image stronger

The third step: ctrl+U coloring, different parameters will have different final effects

Step 4: Return to the background layer, copy the layer, remove the color, put this layer on top, and change it to strong light

Finally decorate it with a brush and you’re done!
