The third step is to select the rounded corner tool, radius 20px, add layer style, layer stroke
Step 4: Press Ctrl+J to copy a layer, remove the stroke and drop shadow, and merge the blank layers
Step 5: Select the pen tool. Draw a wavy shape and fill it in. Add layer style
Step 6: Right-click to create a clipping layer, press Ctrl+J to copy a layer. Press Ctrl+[ again to move one layer down and then up.
Step 7: Select the Compass Marquee Tool, hold down Shift, and draw a perfect circle. Right click and fill it with white.
Step 9: Draw the eyebrows and draw a semicircle with a pen. Select the brush tool – size 5px/hardness 100%, create a new layer, select the pen tool again, right-click – stroke path – adjust the color system to da7000, copy another layer and move it horizontally.
Step 10, create a new layer, right-click – Create Clipping Layer. Select the brush tool, draw a few strokes into the middle of the eyebrows, and set the opacity to 75%
In the eleventh step, select the Ellipse Tool, hold down Shift, draw a perfect circle, fill it with color #fceec0, and stroke it. Press Ctrl+j to copy one more circle. 053f68 Then select the Ellipse Tool, hold down Shift, draw a perfect circle, and fill it with color #062d48. Add style – Outer Glow. Press Ctrl+j again to copy a layer and move it horizontally. Select the Ellipse Tool again and draw a white perfect circle. Select the Rectangular Marquee Tool, Feather – 10px, and press Delete. Then, press Ctrl+t to free transform. Set the layer opacity – 60% (feel free to adjust as appropriate).
Step 12: Select the pen tool. Draw the Superman logo, right-click and fill it with black. Opacity is set to 25%. Press ctrl+j to copy a layer, resize it, and add a layer style.
Following this method, draw another triangle-like shape, fill it with white, set the layer mode to Soft Light, outline it with a pen, and delete it with feathering.
Step 13: Select the ellipse tool to pull out the nostril, fill it with color #c76502, pull another one, fill it with #eb8500, then copy one more layer, rotate it horizontally, and you’re done. Gaga
