Final effect
Create a new document and fill it with gradient
Create a new layer, press D to restore the color palette, Filter – Render – Clouds, change to “Color Dodge”, ctrl+E to merge the layers
Create a new layer, use the Polygon Tool to draw a hexagon, fill it with gray, and define it as a brush with a 2-pixel black stroke. After completion, press ctrl+A and Delete to delete the content of this layer
Select the brush tool, select the brush just defined (the last one in the brush shape), and set the brush parameters in sequence
Set the foreground color to white. Use the mouse to drag out the effect shown below (you can press the [ and ] keys to enlarge or reduce the brush diameter)
Press ctrl+G and set the group to “Color Dodge”
ctrl+J duplicates the layer, radial blur, ctrl+F repeats.
Lower the layer opacity to 70%.
Create a new layer, select a round brush, set the hardness to 0, and add a white light at the junction of the two hexagonal boundaries.
