Open the picture, ctrl+J to copy the layer, and change to “overlay” mode

Filter—Others—High contrast retention, the purpose is to enhance the texture of the picture

Create a new layer group, create a new layer in the layer group, use the rectangular lasso tool to draw a selection, fill it with color, copy a few, ctrl+U to adjust the hue respectively

Set the layer group to “Color” mode and add a layer mask

Use a brush to paint on the layer mask to remove the areas outside the lips and inside the lips that do not need coloring. The effect is as shown

Merge all layers in the layer group, Filter—Gaussian Blur
