 (1) First open the original image and copy the layer,

Make Gaussian blur on the copy. The blur parameter is about 3-6. The specific adjustment can be based on the actual display effect. The purpose is to make the picture have a dreamy effect (blur can easily cause hallucinations, which may be the most critical). Adjust The copy layer mode is Screen, as shown below.
