1. Open the original image material, select the menu: Select > Color Range, set the tolerance to 12, use a straw to point the face position, and select the part of the face.
2. After completion, you will see a dotted selection range box generated around the face.
3. Press Ctrl + J to copy a layer, open the Layers panel, close the eyes of the background layer, select the eraser in the toolbox, and remove the hair part.
4. Execute: Filter > Blur > Surface Blur. Don’t adjust too much when adjusting here, and try to retain some of the original texture.
5. After completion, reduce the transparency of this layer so that the face still retains its original skin texture.
6. Add a color balance adjustment layer, add a little red and a little blue in the middle tone to make the skin whiter, and add a little red back in the highlights to make the skin look white and rosy.
7. Use the toolbox lasso tool to pick up the lip frame.
8. Select the menu: Select > Modify > Feather to blur the edges of the selected range.
9. Add a hue/saturation adjustment layer to increase the saturation of the color and adjust the lip color through hue.
10. Hold down the Ctrl key and click the left mouse button on the face layer, then use the Lasso tool and hold down the Shift key to select all five aspects of the face.
