This tutorial mainly uses Photoshop to synthesize a public welfare poster to protect nature. It mainly introduces how to use forest materials and hand materials to synthesize a poster of a big tree held in hands in Photoshop.
Look at the renderings first.
Create a new document of 600×760 pixels, resolution 72, white background, drag in the texture, rotate 90 degrees, add a Curves adjustment layer, group, and name it background.
Open the picture of hands holding green leaves and use the Magnetic Lasso tool to select the subject.
If you are using the Photoshop CS5 version, you can click the Adjust Edge button in the properties to optimize the selection. Drag your hand into the document, scale appropriately, add a mask, use a black brush to smear out the leaves, ctrl+J to copy a layer, use layer mode Overlay, add a brightness/contrast adjustment layer, and form a clipping mask with a copy of layer 2 .
Drag the picture of the tree, set the layer mode to Multiply, add a mask, and use a black brush to remove the background.
Add a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer, Layer > Create Clipping Mask.
Create a new layer, use the black and white straight line gradient, use the layer mode Overlay, and move it a certain distance to make the upper right corner of the tree brighter. Layer>Create Clipping Mask.
Create a new layer at the bottom, use a white soft-angled brush to paint around the tree, and use the layer mode Soft Light to create an outer glow effect. Select the hand group, create a new layer, paint it with black, and use the layer mode Overlay to create a shadow effect on the trees. Select the tree layer and apply it with the Burn and Dodge tool to create a sense of light and dark levels.
Drag the sky picture and place it between the tree and the hand group, use the layer mode to filter, add a mask, and apply it with a black soft-angle brush so that the hands and trees are not affected by the sky
Open the image of the eagle, use the Q key to quickly mask it, and paint it with a black hard-edged brush.
Q converts it to a selection, inverts the selection, and clicks the Adjust Edge button in the properties.
Then drag the eagle into the document, ctrl+T to zoom out, and ctrl+L to adjust the color levels.
Ctrl+J Duplicate the eagle layer, zoom out, go to Image>Adjustments>Photo Filter.
Create a new layer at the bottom of the eagle group and paint it with two colors using a large-caliber soft-angle brush.
Layer mode Soft Light.
Create a new layer in the Hands group and paint it with a white soft-angled brush.
Layer mode Soft Light, Opacity 55%.
Add some text and graphics, and handle other details. The final effect is as follows.
