1. Open the original image in Photoshop, copy one layer, and create a Levels adjustment layer to correct the light and dark of the image.
The adjustment parameters are as follows:
RGB channel:
Red channel:
Green Channel:
Blue channel:

The effect after the adjustment is completed is as follows: the picture looks much more normal.
2. Press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+E to stamp the layer, and then use the Portraiture filter to smooth the skin.

3. After grinding the skin, use the stamp tool to remove some obvious stains. Create a snapshot before using the stamp. In case you are not satisfied with the stamp, you can click Snapshot 1 to return

Enlarge the image to make the grinding more precise and detailed. Select the Clone Stamp tool, set the opacity and flow to low, hold down the Alt key and click near the stain to absorb

4. Create an optional color adjustment layer and adjust it as follows:
