I mainly use photoshop to create inline text effects. The steps are very simple, friends who want to learn can try it.

Step 4: Enter black text. The font used here is: Rockwell, and the size is appropriate.
Adjust the font to be centered.
Step 5: Also the most critical step, add text style. Gradient overlay, color from (#022854) to (#0F498C), move the midpoint to the left to 30%:
