I don’t know if anyone has posted this before. I found it online~
The final rendering is as follows:

1. Open the beauty’s avatar photo.. Place it on the white layer.
2. Open a flower material, cover it completely, and place it on the top layer.
3. Adjust the opacity of the flower material layer to 74%. Use the eraser tool to adjust the opacity to 56% and erase the characters’ facial features.
4. We use “Color Balance” to adjust the color of the face, shortcut key “Ctrl B”, in order to coordinate with the color of the flowers.
5. Use “curves” to adjust the strength of the facial features to make them clear. Shortcut key “CtrL M”.
6. Then you can remove excess materials according to your own design.
7. To create a border, use the straight line tool, thickness: 2 pixels, to draw the border line.
8. Draw the effect of the border line.
9. Cut out the butterfly material.
10. Duplicate the butterfly layer and set the blending mode of the duplicate layer: Hard Light.
11. Then change the butterfly layer to blending mode: brightness.
12. Add your favorite shading.
13. Type the text and complete.
