Create an ordinary picture into a magazine cover effect original image:
Open the original image and copy a layer:
Channel panel, copy the green channel:
Press Ctrl L to adjust the color levels:
Press CTRL and click the channel copy to load the selection:
Return to the layer panel and add a mask to the layer:
Press Ctrl U to adjust hue/saturation:
Copy the layer and change the mode to screen color:
