The original image was taken well, and the post-processing in photoshop was also excellent. The overall effect is dominated by light neutral colors, but the author added some bright secondary colors. It has a finishing touch.

Original picture
1. Open the original image material, press Ctrl + J to copy the background layer, and then execute on the copy: Filter Blur Surface Blur, the value is default, and after confirmation, change the layer opacity to: 50%.
2. Create a new layer, press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer, and then use the Topaz filter to sharpen it appropriately. The parameter settings are as shown below.

3. Create a hue/saturation adjustment layer and appropriately reduce the saturation of the entire image. The parameters and effects are as shown below.
4. Create a new layer, fill it with black, change the layer blending mode to “Color Dodge”, then set the foreground color to white, select the brush tool, the size is 24 pixels, the opacity is: 25%, the flow: 33%. Then apply it on the reflective part of the character’s face. After applying it, execute: Filter Blur Gaussian Blur, the value is 8. After confirming, reduce the opacity of the layer appropriately. The effect is as shown below.

5. Create a new layer, change the layer blending mode to “Screen”, set the foreground color to: #ea68a2, and use a brush to paint the character’s lips. The effect is as shown below.
6. Create a new layer, change the layer blending mode to “Soft Light”, set the foreground color to: #2A6780, use a brush to apply the eye shadow part of the character, the effect is as shown below.
7. Finally add some decorative effects to complete the final effect.
