1. Give it a photo filter (Layer/New Adjustment Layer/Photo Filter)

2. Give it a curve (Layer/New Adjustment Layer/Curve)

3. Then adjust the color balance (Layer/New Adjustment Layer/Color Balance)

4. Create a new layer and press the shortcut key (ctrl+alt+shift+e)

5. Press ctrl+j twice to copy two pictures, change the blending mode of these three pictures to overlap, and add a layer mask to the top one to pull the gradient.

6. Then use ctrl+j to copy a layer, and remove the color (ctrl+shift+u), then use CTRL+L to adjust the color levels until you are comfortable!

7. The last one, and the most important one, add a color balance on top (also just adjust according to your own feeling)
