Production idea: Mainly use PS brushes and several material pictures to add colorful effects to the dancers. There is basically no difficulty.

Let’s see the effect first
1. Open the original image and use the pen tool (shortcut key p) to outline the outline of the character. This will make a selection which will be used frequently during production
2. This step is to store the path outlined above as a selection for later use. After sketching with the penTool(p), right-click – select CreateSelection selection, and then switch to Lasso Tools (shortcut key L) right-click again and select the SaveSelection command. In the Channel panel you will see a new Channelalpha1 as shown below. Or you can open the Path panel and you can see the selection outlined by the advertisement. You need to hold down ctarl and click directly. The path of the path panel is
. Create a new group named Right Foot and create a new layer in the group. The purpose of establishing groups is to easily distinguish layers so as not to dazzle the eyes. As shown by the arrows in Figure 2, the left is a new group (ctral+g) and the right is a new layer (ctral+j
4. Select Brush No. 288 (you can download the brush in the forum materials if you need to practice), and draw on Layer1 As shown in the picture
5. The brush I just drew has more burrs on one side. I want the burrs to be the same on both sides. Copy Layer1 Layer–Copy Layer (ctral+j), Then use the MoveTool(v) to adjust the Layer1 and Layer1 copies Location

Selection loads and executes the reverse command (ctral+shift+i) (hold down ctral and click alpha1 in the Channel panel =””>Channel can be loaded
Select Layer1 copy and execute the Add Vector Mask for Layer command (the command button is under Under the Layerspanel
12. This step is to add a shadow to the foot part. Create a new Layer (ctral+j) named shadow, select BrushTool (b) with # 847a0f color is outlined on the edge of the shoe as shown
13. Select the shadow layer and execute Filter–Blur–Dynamic Blur Angle-59 Distance 177 as shown in the picture
14. Create a new layer command to set the environment color. Select the brush to absorb the color on the layer1 copy and draw around the right foot
15. Select the environment color layer to perform dynamic blur angle-59 record 373. Then add a mask to the environment colorlayer and adjust the opacity appropriately
16. Create a new layer and name it Electro-optical. Select a softer Brush and turn on Walking. Click some electro-optical near the right foot. . At this point, the right foot is basically completed
17. Create a new group of left feet, and then bring out the layer1 hidden in step 7. I still make a copy here, namely layer1 copy 2

on Layer1 Copy 2
19. Adjust the position of Layer copy 2 and add a gradient. #f63404 to #ffd215
20. Add a mask to layer1 copy 2 and use a brush to erase the reserved areas. Then add a shadow layer to the left foot
21. Continue to add some light to the left foot. The operation is similar to that of the right foot
22. Name the new group upper body, drag in a few prepared materials, and change the coating overlay mode to brighten
23. Add masks to the materials respectively and adjust the materials to the appropriate position
24. After adjusting the position, create a new blank layer and execute the stamp command (ctral+shift+alt+e). Copy StampLayer
25. Execute Filter–Rendering–Lighting Effect. Add 2 point lights to the stamped layer copy
