Use photoshop rendering filter to create a glowing sphere – filter drawing

1. Create a new image in photoshop, use the default color to execute [Filter_Rendering_Layered Clouds], and press [CTRL_F] to repeat several times. The effect is similar to the picture below.

2. Use [Filter_Rendering_Lens Flare] and [Filter_Rendering_Lighting Effect] in sequence, and set them as shown in the following 2 pictures.

3. [CTRL_J] Copy the layer and change the blending mode of the copied layer to Multiply. The image effect is as shown on the right.

Summary: First use the Photoshop cloud filter to create the surrounding diffusion effect, and then use the lighting filter to create the internal luminous sphere.
