Use photoshop rendering filters to create semi-fluid effects – filter drawing

1. Create a new image in photoshop, use the default color to execute [Filter_Rendering_Layered Clouds], and press [CTRL_F] to repeat several times. The effect is as shown below.

2. Execute [Filter_Artistic Effect_Dry Brush] and set it as shown on the left. Then execute [Filter_Distort_Polar Coordinates].

The settings are as shown below.

Press 〖CTRL_F〗 to execute the polar coordinate filter three or four times repeatedly. The effect is as shown below.

3. Use [Filter_Distort_Wave] and set it as shown below.

The effect is as shown below.

4. Create a color adjustment or directly use [CTRL_U] to adjust the hue and saturation. The settings are as shown below.

The completed effect is as shown below.
