Use Photoshop to easily draw a practical background of starlight. You can easily draw a starlight background using a brush in Photoshop.

1. Create a new document with a black background, select the brush tool, and set it as follows.

　2. Create a new layer, and then set the layer style as follows.

3. Then you can use the mouse Draw as you like, taking care to set the brush size.

4. Then create a new layer , follow step 2 again to set the layer style, change the color, and then draw.
