Using Photoshop layer blending modes to tattoo a beautiful woman’s back

Use Photoshop layer blending modes to create a beautiful back tattoo. The blending mode of the layer determines how its pixels blend with the pixels in the underlying image. Using blending modes you can create a variety of special effects. Today, we use the basic use of layer blending modes to tattoo the back of a beautiful girl. 1. Open a suitable picture, see (Figure 1). It’s best to also choose the design you want to tattoo.

2. Use the move tool to drag the pattern you want to tattoo directly to the back of the beauty. The effect is as shown in Figure 2.

3. Click the layer blending mode list box on the layer panel and select the “Multiply” option, (as shown in Figure 3). The effect is shown in Figure 4.

After performing “Multiply”, it is found that the white part of the pattern is similar to the flesh color and is difficult to distinguish, so the “Blending Options” in the layer style can be used to further adjust the pattern. Enter the blending options panel of the layer style, adjust the slider in “This Layer” in the “Blending Color Band”, hold down the “Alt” key and drag the white slider when adjusting; adjust the slider in “Next Layer” the white slider and the black slider to get a smooth blending effect, as shown in Figure 5.

5. You also need to adjust the color of the tattoo pattern. Click “Image” – “Adjustment” – “Color Balance”. After entering the color balance panel, make adjustments in the middle. The numerical reference is as shown in Figure 6. You can also adjust the tattoo pattern differently according to your own situation.

6. Now the basic tattoo effect is out, but the white in the tattoo pattern has not been completely clear. Next, create a new layer and link it to the tattoo layer, and then click the layer Click the small triangle button on the right side of the panel and select the “Merge Linked Layers” option to merge the new layer with the “Tattoo” layer.
7 Due to the merged layers, the layer blending mode changes to normal mode again. So reselect the “Multiply” option in the layer blending mode.
In this way, the tattoo pattern is completely tattooed on the woman’s back. A mixture of layer blending modes and layer styles were used during the production process. , the effect is shown in Figure 7.
