Upload the final rendering first

The first step is to find a picture you like. The second sister used her own photo to cheat. I originally wanted to use the second master’s, but after thinking about it, I forgot about it. I am so complicated and just upload the picture. I’d better add a mosaic. Hahaha

The second step is to go to Image-Adjustment-Decolorize your picture to get a black and white photo.

Fifth, find the watercolor material you like. My second sister is to directly search for gouache pictures on Baidu, directly crl+alt+a to take a screenshot, and paste it directly into PS~~~~~~~Put it at the top and close your eyes

The sixth step is to select the character layer below the material, and use Ctrl+Alt+2 to select the highlight to get a selection of the highlight part.

Seventh, use this selection to add a mask to the material layer (if there is a selection, select the material layer and press the Add Layer Mask key), turn off the display of the character layer, and open the material layer. Small Eyes.
