Step 1. Use the pen tool to draw the icon path.
Step 2. Create a new layer and name it “Top layer”. Open the Paths panel, create a selection through the path, return to the layer version, and fill the selection with#497923.
Step 3. Hide the top layer and create a new layer below the top layer. Repeat step 2, fill it with#4AC1FF and set the layer opacity to “50%”.
Step 4. Select all (Ctrl + A), press Ctrl + Alt + T, and click the down arrow once, and press Enter;
Repeatedly press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + T to get the following effect.
Step 5. Display the top layer and set the layer blending mode to “Overlay” and the layer opacity to “50%”;
Set the layer style to outer glow, blending mode to “Lighten”, opacity to “100%”, size to 5px, and color to #FFFFFF.
Step 6. Create a new layer, name it bottom layer, and place it below the above two layers;
Repeat step 2, fill it with #00F5FF, and adjust the image to the following position.
Step 7. Duplicate the bottom layer, name it shadow layer, and place the shadow layer below the bottom layer;
Filter >> Blur >> Gaussian blur, set the blur radius to 10.
Step 8. Create a layer above all layers, and use the Elliptical Marquee Tool to create the following selection. Use a 300px soft-angle brush to gently sweep the bottom of the circular selection. The layer will not Transparency “60%”.
Step 9. Use a similar method to step 8 to add a highlight effect to the arrow.
Step 10. Create a new layer, draw the following two rectangles, and set the layer opacity to “30%”.
Step 11. Complete the production of the other two rectangular highlight areas in the same way as step 10.
Optional step, use the cross star brush to add decorative effects.
