Then use a rounded rectangle with 5px rounded corners. The size and color are explained in the picture

To pull the gradient, you can directly use a rectangular selection frame, just 10px away from the outer frame, and then set the gradient layer transparency to 5%
Write the table of contents and choose your favorite colors and fonts
Then add dividing lines and adjust the color when clicked
This is my final effect. The font is a bit blurry, but I think it matches the overall texture~
