PS Example: Making Electronic Bulletin Board

Steps 1.

Create a new canvas, the size can be set according to personal needs.
Create a new layer and fill it with #C89E6E, Filter >> Noise >> Add Noise.

Copy this layer, And set the blending mode to “Color Burn” and the opacity to “25%”. The following pictures are a comparison of the three effects without adding noise, adding noise and adding blending mode.

Step 2 ,
Create a white rectangle.
Rotate a certain angle.

Step 3.

Select the eraser tool, set the eraser brush size to 10px, and set the brush as shown below.

Erase the edge of the white rectangular frame.
Add a layer style.

Inner glow:

Pattern overlay:
