Simply create beautiful streamer animation in photoshop – Animation Tutorial

Step 1: Press CTRL + N to create a new layer, 300 pixels long, 100 pixels wide, transparent background

Step 2: Set the background The color is #000000 (black) and the foreground is #122c52, set Filter-Render-Clouds, the effect is as follows

Step 4: Press Ctrl + Shift + N to create A new layer (Layer 2). Select the Brush Tool, set the foreground color to #ffffff (white), the brush size to 4 pixels, and the hardness to 100%. Press f5 to bring up the brush panel, and in the shape dynamic bar-control-select pen pressure, as shown in the figure


Step 5: Select the pen tool and right-click on layer 2 (note is in the image), click Stroke Road. As shown below

Set the brush in the following options and check simulate pressure, Click OK.

Step 6: Press Ctrl + Shift + N to create the third layer. Select the Brush Tool and make the stroke size 5 pixels. Select the third layer. Step 7: Repeat the same process as step 5. The difference is that the brush is set to 5 pixels.

Hide the eyes in front of layer 3 in the Layers panel

Step 8: Select the second layer in the layer panel, then double-click to bring up the layer style dialog box, and set the following settings (outer glow and color overlay) as shown below:

Now we will go to ImageReady editing, in the dropdown menu of photoshop files Click “Edit in ImageReady”

Step 10: In ImageReady window-animation, the following screen will pop up

Step 11: Click out the small eyes in front of the third layer, and drag the “Add Mask” button on the layer panel to create a layer with a mask. Select the Brush Tool (black in the foreground) and paint the masked area with white. Then cancel the link to the mask

Step 12: Select the Brush Tool and set the Foreground Color to #ffffff (white) with a Soft Angle of 13 px.


Step 13: Select the mask of layer 3 and use white Draw a straight line on the left side of the image from above.

Please note that the straight line drawn is not visible on the picture. You can only see the picture on the mask:

Step 14: Unlink the mask (very critical), select the first frame in the animation panel, and press the “Copy Current Frame” icon to make a copy

Step 15: Select the mask on layer 3, select the move tool, and hold down the shift+right arrow key until the vertical white line is moved to the right.


Select the second frame and hold down CTRL, then click on the first frame. Leave them both selected.

Click the transition button below and set as follows

Step 16: Select the first frame, scroll to the end, hold down SHIFT and click on the last frame to Select all, click “Select Frame Delay Time” in the lower right corner, and click Other in the drop-down menu

Enter the delay time of 0.02 seconds, as shown below

Step 17: Select the last One frame, delay it to 5 seconds.

Step 18: Select the optimization panel on the panel, if not, please select it from The menu window opens. The settings are as follows:

We can see the effect first, click the play button to try it out .
